Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that are damaged, used, installed, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation

  • Special order or customized products (if applicable)


Return Process

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Estimated processing times:

  • PayPal: within 3 business days

  • Credit/Debit Card: within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide photos for verification.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to quality issues or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Return Address

Return address will be provided after return approval via email.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund

  • Once the order has been shipped, it must follow the return process
