24-Hour Attention: If you add a 12V to 5V converter adapter to connect the DVR directly to your car battery, the DVR will still work even when the engine is off. The Buck Line has a built-in dedicated chip that activates several functions. You need to choose whether to include this in the package: 24-Hour parking monitoring. Hide wiring and make it more tidy instead of using a car charger; it doesn't occupy the cigarette lighter interface. Installation reference: BUCK LINE. Use the buck line to not occupy the cigarette lighter interface. First, connect the negative pole (black wire) of the Buck Line to the ground of your car fuse box. If you want to stop monitoring after parking (the DVR does not work after parking), connect the positive pole of the Buck Line to the fuse box ACC interface. Note: Some fuse boxes are located next to the B-pillar, please make sure you clearly know which side the fusebox is located. The negative (-) and positive (+) poles are connected to the car battery plastic cover on the left side (the safe can be opened and stuck in a screw below the cover).
