A barrier against larger debris
The perforated cover sits over the intake grille and helps stop leaves and insects from entering the duct. It is a debris guard, not a replacement cabin filter or fine-particle air purifier.
Clip-in installation
Align the retaining clips with the original intake opening and press gently into place as shown. Verify the cover sits flat and all clips are engaged.
Keep the intake area clear
Check the screen periodically and remove accumulated debris. The supplier also offers a different front-bumper grille product; that unrelated option is not included in this listing.
