How It Works
Once the car cover is installed, the bungee cord connects to the grommet on one lower side of the cover, passes underneath the vehicle, and hooks into the grommet on the opposite side. This under-car tension helps hold the cover in position during high winds and reduces the risk of the cover lifting or shifting.

Installation Instructions
Step 1: Place the car cover fully over the vehicle.
Step 2: Insert one ABS hook into and through the plastic grommet located in the middle of the lower side edge (between the front and rear doors).
Step 3: Pass the bungee cord underneath the vehicle and pull it through to the opposite side.
Tip: If reach is limited, a simple metal coat hanger can be used to guide the cord across.
Step 4: Insert the second hook into and through the plastic grommet on the opposite lower side edge.
Your car cover is now more secure in high-wind conditions.
Removal Instructions
To remove, simply unhook one side of the bungee cord, pull the cord back underneath the vehicle, and remove the remaining hook from the grommet.
