Button cap or complete switch assembly?
The small seat-position, backrest and round lumbar caps are cosmetic operating pieces. The switch assembly is the larger electrical unit behind them. A broken cap does not automatically mean the electrical switch is defective, and replacing a cap will not repair an internal electrical fault.
Match the year group and side
Compare the original cap outline, mounting stem and electrical connector before selecting a version. The supplier separates older Model 3 parts from its 2021-2025 Model 3 / Y pattern. The white-background main image shows the newer left-side switch assembly.
Restore the correct seat controls
